What materials are used in Camille Brinch jewellery?
We use only high-quality materials, primarily 925 Sterling Silver and 18k Gold-plated Sterling Silver. All our pieces are nickel-free and designed to meet the highest standards of Danish craftsmanship.
How long does shipping take?
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours. Domestic delivery usually takes 1-3 business days, while international shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day full return policy from the day you receive your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to be eligible for a full refund.
How do I find my ring size?
We have a comprehensive size guide available on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for the most comfortable fit.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewellery?
Yes, we provide a 2-year warranty on all items against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, such as surface scratches or the natural fading of gold plating over time.

To maintain the shine, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your jewellery in the provided box when not in use and clean it gently with a soft, dry cloth.
