Returns & Exchanges

At Camille Brinch Jewellery, we want you to love your new pieces; however, if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt. All returned jewellery must be in its original, unworn condition and include all original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Jewellery

  Carefully place the items in their original Camille Brinch boxes and secure them in a protective shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
